This class will offer more energizing stretches at the beginning of class and wrap up with more restful stretches by the end. Â We'll meet with the focus of caring more deeply for ourselves in mind, body, and spirit. Â Classes may include meditation and/or breath work to aid in this pursuit.
All levels of experience, strength, and mobility are invited to attend! Â Options are joyfully shared to allow the practice to fit your body, not the other way around! The use of props is highly encouraged but not required.
