Strength Yoga for Bigger Bodies l Six Week Series

Let's come together in community to begin moving our bodies in a way that feels good.

This 6 week series offers a chance to add resistance to yoga variations and build strength in the body!

A variety of options will be provided for each movement. Students will need to purchase a resistance band and small weights (or canned food) to use during this series.

This series is for people who identify as fat or plus size
